Vehicle recovery for everyday drivers — set it and forget it. We do not install tracking hardware and we do not run an app; tracking is handled by our partner. What we bring is on the road: a patrol fleet that is itself tracked, fitted with ANPR cameras reading against SAPS and partner hotlists, ready to intercept the moment a stolen vehicle moves through our area.
What we actually do
Vehicle tracking is a partnership. The tracking hardware on a client’s vehicle is fitted and monitored by our tracking partner — we do not install units, and we do not run a customer-facing app. What we contribute is on the road: a patrol fleet that is itself tracked, fitted with ANPR cameras reading against live hotlists, ready to intercept the moment a stolen vehicle moves through our area.
Our patrol fleet is tracked
Every ADS K9 patrol vehicle carries its own tracking unit. The control room sees where each unit is in real time, so when an alert lands we can route the closest vehicle to the target inside seconds.
ANPR on every patrol
Our patrol vehicles are equipped with Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras that read every passing plate against live hotlists — vehicles flagged stolen, used in armed robbery, fraud or theft. Hotlists are fed by SAPS and by trusted security providers we share intelligence with.
Recovery in our footprint
When an alert lands inside our patrol area — from our partner, from an ANPR read, or from a neighbouring provider — the closest unit is moved on it and SAPS is notified. Outside our footprint we hand off to the responding team; inside it, we move.
If a vehicle is stolen
We do not run the tracking unit on a stolen vehicle — our partner does. What we run is the response inside our patrol area: the alert lands with us, an ANPR camera picks up the plate, or a partner network flags the location, and a tracked patrol unit is moved on it.

Alert reaches us
An alert is pushed to the control room by our tracking partner, by a partner security provider, or generated by one of our own patrol vehicles when its ANPR camera reads a hotlisted plate. SAPS-sourced hotlists feed the same picture.

Control room confirms
An operator confirms the vehicle is hotlisted and inside, or moving into, our patrol footprint. The case is logged so every action that follows sits on a single timeline; the owner is contacted in parallel.

Nearest unit moves
The closest patrol vehicle — itself tracked and ANPR-equipped — is routed toward the target’s last reported position. SAPS is notified in parallel; where a partner response team is also responding, the control room coordinates the approach.

Recovery & handover
Once the vehicle is reached and secured, it is held for SAPS — including the SAPS Vehicle Theft Unit where the case calls for it — and the incident log is closed out and shared with the owner, our tracking partner and the investigating officer.
